Don't do it, those supplements are at best a waste of money, at worst dangerous to your health.

What I would suggest, though, if you really are binging, is talking to your doctor about Topomax. It helps reduce the urge to binge, as well as the urge to purge.

Another thing you could look into is Overeaters Anonymous. I'm not a big fan, because they say you can't eat certan foods, but it can be helpful just to have a group of people around you who UNDERSTAND what you're going through. There are other groups, too, like ANAD, although those tend to be people with the Big Two eating disorders -- bulimia and anorexia.
