Most of the SRIs will cause some GI upset at first, but four months in it should have resolved. Do talk to your doctor.
I know that I had a bit of a routine going when I was on it: shortly after breakfast each day, I was in the bathroom for my daily evacuation. (I'm trying to put it gently.) That lasted pretty much all the time I was on it, until I got down to 20mg.
