always good to be prepared
a few months ago, I had dental sugery under general anestetic.
I actuallly made a will. I lined all the important papers up on the kitchen table. Made my boyfriend executer and took him through everything. HE HATED IT! But I neede a just in case.

geez more papers... it is likely that it is a big organization where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Did you check to see which date was more recent on the letters.... of course it may be irrelevent.
