Concerta gave me panic attacks, and I reacted differently to Vyvanse than I did to Concerta. I reacted differently to Concerta and Ritalin, which are both essentially the same drug, so I know that the side effects can be troublesome. I personally haven't had the shortness of breath, but I do have an awfully high heart rate.
