Your fiance' may need to go inpatient for detox from alcohol. There are alot of detox centers around the country -- that might be the place for her to go. Stopping abruptly CAN be dangerous for some people, depending on how much they drink, etc. I stopped by myself, which I shouldn't have because I drank ALOT -- and stopping like that can throw you into the DT's, seizures, etc.
