I even pulled out the appt. card and called the office back to make sure they were looking in Tim's appointment book and not Jim's. They were looking in the right book. He fills in his own book at the same time that he fills in the reminder card. (Or doesn't in this case).
If they can bill us for not showing up for an appointment, you'd think we as patient's could be reimbursed for T not showing up. I took time off work and burned up gas that I wouldn't have had to otherwise. Now I'm going to have to drive down again next week to pick up meds after doc comes in on Tuesday. It's the county clinic, so he's only in one day a week.
I'll get over it. I'm just irritated at the moment.
