Why do all the good therapists have to leave?
How old is daughter? Do you usually go with her to the sessions? Since her T is leaving, it might be good to let your daughter have that whole session for just him and her, to say good-bye, grieve, etc. Maybe you could say a quick good-bye and thanks in the waiting room. I'm sorry he has to leave your daughter. I hope he can provide some good referrals. Ts often know of other Ts kind of like themselves, who might be a good fit if they were.
