I think 33 is far from too old, in fact I think its a great age, you are more mature now and you know more of what you want.
Baby face is also a good thing! Studies have shown that when women pick men for relationships they naturally go for more of a baby face or round face.
Date, goto movies dinner, coffee.. No need to rush. Take things slow, and be respectful.
