It's a good idea that you went to the police for some info about what's been going on with this woman. It also shows that she does have a record for inappropriate behavior. Unfortunately, you can't do anything yet. What I would do the next time she comes to the door is to try to kindly tell her to go away and shut the door. Then if there is any trouble after that, call the police immediately...then maybe something more can be done.
