I'm so sorry to hear you are experiencing such a difficult time, but I am so glad that you chose to share here on PC. You should definitely contact your T and ask for the help that you need. Given the nature of your situation, I think weekend contact sounds highly appropriate. I'm sure your T would rather you contact him than go any further with the SUI thoughts. If talking to him will help ease the situation, you should absolutely do that.
