By feeling your brain working, do you mean you can almost "hear people talking" about things in there? Is it kind of like separate people other than you talking in your head ? Or am I totally off base? I've "heard voices" too -- they aren't really voices, but it like a lot of chaos going on up there and it's ALMOST like a bunch of people talking all at once.  I have to shut them up or I can't focus on anything.
