I'm not cognizant of "all" the disorders of which you speak... but imo sometimes "lesser" disorders are diagnosed in the process of being evaluated over time... when a "greater" diagnosis is given... such as dysthemia might be dx'd but that falls to the wayside when major depression is diagnosed...
I have also wondered about other disorders ... borderline personality disorder dx'd along with DID, where maybe the DID is the whole of it? Or perhaps, on another thought, with DID, maybe a few personality states display symptoms of separate disorders.
Maybe that's why the giving of labels is really not the best for the patient, in the long run? No label, confusion over dx's, etc. should or can really minimize what someone is having to deal with... a rose by any other name.. ?
TC and don't worry about who you are... be the best you can in the meantime
