Results, I'm seeing REEEEESUUUUUULTS!!!!!!!

My efforts are paying off.
I've avoided stepping on the scale several times a day every day. I weighed myself this morning and I've lost almost 3 pounds this week. (It's hard to tell exactly because the 1 pound marks betwen the 5 pound marks are so small, but it's slightly to the left of middle).
I haven't been feeling deprived, but I have had to markedly reduce my overly-beloved starchy carbs.

Carbs are my weakness - chips, cookies, crackers, fries, egg rolls... All those nutritionless calories.
