I'm glad you are achieving results you like If I were you, I'd say 2 lbs (and give the extra to next week's?) Two lbs a week is healthy change.



I don't weigh very often at all... but allow my clothes to tell me, as that's the main thing. I don't care what I weigh, as long as I fit into my size 10s!!! hehehe

A balanced diet is what's best, like you cut back on the empty carbs. I have to add some of those in... I don't get enough! Ifind that I swing through various cravings... sweet, protein, carbs... and over a month's time, it's balanced.

You are one smart lady, imo!

I had a slice of pizza for breaking the fast...at least....... thunderstorms due in again today, not sure I will get out to eat anything else...
