I went out for dinner with my friend and she really took my mind off it. I cried some.... a bit embarrassed as it was in a pub but hey ho!!

I will go to Citizens Advice tomorrow.... see what they say.

I called my CPN and he was shocked that I was dismissed in his 35 years as a CPN he has never had a patient dismissed cause of their MH. He said he only spoke to my Psych the other day and he had told my CPN how well I have been doing..... Go figure that.... Psych says I am better but work dismiss me without seeing the real me

I really need to cry but can't it kinda comes out in bursts. Normally mini ones.
