I'm glad that you're going to see your pdoc and that you'll be getting treatment. I know what you mean about not thinking anything would help. I held off seeing my counselor for a long time even though I felt miserable, because I couldn't see how talking could make me feel better, and when I finally did it was a HUGE wakeup call! Anyway, I hope you and your pdoc can come up with a good treatment plan. Sending lots of good vibes your way!
