I just started to be a "med guinea pig" as Direction put it. My fear is that this will continue longer. I think Direction has a good suggestion and that it may be part medication, part coping skills. I, in my area, have groups that I can go to. There is one in particular that I am starting in a week or two that is called DBT (dialectical behavior therapy). It's going to teach me how to cope with my emotions. you should look into the possibilities in your area.
