I remember the very first time I was able to concentrate on a project! I had never known what concentrating was until then. It was amazing. Now of course, I could never go back to being without ADHD medication. The only time, I'm not on my medication is in the morning before I wake up. I'm wondering what it's like for everyone else? As soon as I wake up, I get a dull ache in my head, it's almost like my brain is on fire. Isn't that wierd? I can't concentrate AT ALL. I can't stop yawning and feeling tired and I literally CAN NOT function. I remember one time I had forgotten my medication at home and I literally had a break down on the way to work, because I couldn't go a day without it. It's not that I'm addicted to it, I just literally can't function or focus on anything. It's like being trapped in hell. I wish so much that I didn't have to take medicine to get to some degree of normalcy but it's what I'm looking at for the rest of my life. Anyways, I was kind of concerned about that really dull headache, literally in my brain, when I wake up. Anyone else have this?
Glad to hear that your med is working for you. How long have you been taking it and what are the side effects if any? Thanks...
