I too would say that it is anxiety. I told my therapist that I was not sure if I was depressed because of the anxiety or anxious because of the depression. I was put on an anti anxiety and boy did that make a world of difference. If you are not worrying then there is not much to be upset about. I turn over almost every thing I have done that day while laying in bed. 99% of the time something I worried about is absolutely nothing. "What if the neighbor thinks I am rude because I don't talk to her very much?" She has a little girls, crazy dog and a husband. I doubt she has given me a 2nd thought except when our house noises carry through their walls. Things I would take personally are not the same as others. I don't like getting cut off in traffic, just cause I have a little car. That guy is late for work and does not see me. He sees a little obstacle and in no way is out for revenge or harm.
