I'd pick one of the three in the 90's, self-esteem would seem a good one to me as it can influence the other two, and work on it? Self esteem helped me be less anxious (the obsessive/compulsive traits) and/or being less anxious helped my self esteem :-) and I think it is easier to be depressed if there are other things wrong/out of whack, it often goes with the territory as a "symptom" rather than something of its own that needs looking at. But I think working on self esteem could help with depression too (and a host of others).

But I would pick one thing that "interests" you and work on that really hard, as well as you can, by whatever means seems good to you and then retake the test in 3 months and see if you can see a difference in all/other scores too?
