i take it for schizoaffective and it's very effective. if you take too high a dosage you can get cystic acne and have serious sexual side effects. the only gripe i have about it after a year is that i've developed permanent tremors. i hear cogentin would stop the shaking, though, so hopefully my doc will put me on that soon before it gets worse. overall, though, i think it's an effective, good med.
