Dear Maze,
I hear you girl, for I too feel the same way at times - especially after living with anxiety attacks every minute of every hour of every day of ones life.
BUT I have learned to ENJOY the good days and to COPE with the bad ones as they come.... if you give it an inch it will take your entire mind - fight it!!
Go listen to some soft music with the lights down low and breathe your way into a good sleep. Try squeezing your clinched fist gently together as you breathe (starting with the left fist first - then the right one - repeat) this will help relax you and your stressed out body.... sleep will come in twenty minutes or less.
