Hi, Dave. Welcome to PC! I'm glad your dark mood lifted long enough that you were able to come back to Las Vegas and turn yourself in.
Unfortunately, it seems to be common for probation officers and social workers to label people as "uncooperative" when they refuse a suggested program for any reason. The system is like a conveyor belt; your PO wants you to do his generic list of services and move on to the next stop. When you make complaints (even reasonable ones), it slows down the conveyor belt. That's when people get cranky and complain to the court.
I'm sorry you're dealing with these issues. Do you have representation to help you? Or a social worker? Keep strong. You've completed one probation. You'll get through this, too.
