Good topic!

I don't eat when I'm very anxious, but I eat tons if I'm depressed or angry.

I think if my anxiety is low enough that I'm unconsciously doing things to distract myself, eating is one of my distractions.

I often get anxiety feelings when my blood sugar drops; when I'm that far gone, I definitely don't feel like eating, but I need to.
