I'm sorry that came across in the reverse I guess. I came back to Kansas City from having been in Las Vegas via turning myself in to the authorities in Las Vegas.
I do have an attorney, luckily not just a court appointed (not trying to say anything bad about court appointed attorney's). I just spoke with him a few minutes ago on the phone.
I have collected together a number of documents and hopefully the facility I was receiving services from in Las Vegas will be able to get the records I requested to my attorney before court today, also spoke to the woman in charge of that and she said she'd get it faxed out today, also asked her about sending records directly to the judge if she's not able to get them faxed to me before court today and confirmed that via the same process I used to get these faxes I'm waiting on now I can provide those documents to the judge.
All in all I'm pretty comfortable rationally that I have enough together to confirm for the judge that I am in compliance.. but irrationally am still very anxious about it, and I think rationally am upset that I even am having to go through any of this because one person didn't like being told no.
