LOL Fresia and Notz. We haven't used the cap in years but I'm sure some still use it and pain varies on tolerance and the person being gentle. The nice thing about the highlighting papers is....they can be washed and re-used.

For teenagers(girls) and young women I like the look of coloring just a few tips with pink or bright red. It looks really nice on very straight hair. I'm going to ask my 13 yr old if she wants to try this look.
