Hi there...
I saw some of your posts about your son and your mortgage situation and felt that I needed to reach out to you. My daughter (now 13), was basically your son when she was younger. Got "safe-schooled" (ie: kicked out for a minimum of 45 days) in first grade because she drew blood on a teacher and was throwing desks, etc. She's doing very well now with the right meds and correct diagnoses...just wanted to say that it can get better with the right help...
Is your mortgage loan going through a HAMP modification? Our final mod was just approved and we paid our first "official" modified (not trial) payment today, due June 1st. Like you, right after we made our 3rd trial payment and sent in our signed final mod paperwork, we got a stupid letter of acceleration. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing in some of these huge banks - we have Wells Fargo. Have you gotten your final mod papers back in the mail with the bank's signatures yet? Do you have a specific contact person handling your loan mod? If you've been approved for the final mod and made your payment, then they CANNOT, I repeat, CANNOT foreclose. Even if you get a "your house is being auctioned tomorrow" notice, just take all your paperwork to a lawyer and they will stop the sale cold and get things sorted out.
Feel free to PM me any time. I completely understand where you're coming from and, yes, it sucks. But it's not permanent....please believe that and hold on.

to you.
