I'm sorry to hear that your daughter is struggling right now. ADHD and Bipolar are a tricky combination to treat. I'm in the same boat with my 13 yr old. It has been a while since she was last on a stimulant for her ADHD and we're sort of sitting tight with what she's on for now.

It's not at all uncommon for stimulants to wreak havoc with people with bipolar disorder, even those on mood stabilizers. It sounds like she's pretty miserable, and I'm sure it's no cup of tea for you either. I would page the doctor tonight - don't wait any longer. If you can't get a hold of her doctor, there should typically still be someone on call who you can speak to. Are you still giving her the focallin? Was anything else changed recently? Page the doctor - this could be a potentially dangerous situation if your daughter acts impulsively when she's in this state.
