hello. i am new to this site and have a question to ask the community. my fiance has been diagnosed with "low tolerance threshold". i don't know what that means. anyway, his psychiatrist filled out some forms for my fiance's pending disability case stating that my fiance is a drug addict and that he has lost several jobs and has a criminal record pertaining to his drug use. this information is false and i feel his rights have been violated, but i'm not sure. the psychiatrist has now been refusing to speak to my fiance regarding this and will not return the calls of his attorney. are they allowed to just provide false info on legal documents and just get away with it?
