Yes, dear. It's great that you were able to do some things today, though. That shows you are sticking with trying to be OK.

I have learned that when I am very irritable, that I am especially depressed at that time. That, and trouble sleeping, are my clues to how well I am really coping.

Also, at times when I've been very depressed, I get aches and pains in my joints.

Gradually, it will probably get better for you. Doing the few things you did will help, too, I think. Pulling for you!
