I understand what you mean – I take Abilify just 10mg, my nurse said it’s getting increased when I see the doctor next week, but I’m going to stop.
I get tired and less alert with it.
Could you ask your doctor if you can just have it ready – so when things feel like they are getting bad – just to take it then?
