I think the look in the picture is nice but the base color is much darker than your natural color so there won't be as much contrast or look exactly like his. If you do want to get it done, bring in that photo and tell them you want this shade as opposed to a bleach blond highlight. I don't think you would like the light blond highlight look and I don't think it's appealing. I agree with the look on the photo but remember it will show growing out in a month, so at first don't do too many in order to make sure you like it.
