ok so i was almost ok last night..i was waiting for it to happen that i didnt sleep good....i felt like i had a ball of energy in my chest that would not go away....toda i feel ok too still not anxious...so im trying to get these feelings gone..if i can make that turn i can get out.....so wish me luck
