I was wondering if it's possible to be able to switch from Xanax to Klonopin?

I would still use therapy for my anxiety, but I find that the Xanax isn't holding me as well as it use to and I know that Klonopin is long acting and might be of more benefit.

Of course I know it's up to the pdoc (in the end).
