write down on paper and put around YOUR living areas and places you look at that is in your eye's view and start by writing down things you like to see in you or others and write down like for instance "Even though I don't feel beautiful right now, I will feel better about myself as I say "I am beautiful right now just the way that I am." It does not matter if you believe it right now you will eventually believe it, if you can read POSITIVE things about YOU or things you would like to be able to do.
This seemed silly at the time and thought how could this work but then as I read them more and more I not only believed I was beautiful in other ways and I now don't care what people think of me. Took a long time yet it was worth the journey....
