Furthermore, your aches and pains, especially in your head and neck, could be caused by the amount of time you spend sleeping. I know that if I oversleep, I end up with a headache that medication can't touch. If you're neck is twisted funny when you sleep, that can cause it to cramp and ache.

This is definitely something to talk to your doctor about. If it's not depression, it could be signs of another illness.
