Thanks for your advice Elana05 & Faylowell. I was doing all that When I posted and took a tablet. But didn't think i could hold it off. But I managed to. I fell asleep. But had a horrible sleep. I don't know if I am getting sick but I would wake up so hot and it's nearly winter hear and it was freezing last night. I just stayed calm, tried to think of something different. Each time i woke. But i can't get over how hot i was last night. Thanks again for your advise
