Hey

I think you have every right to feel upset and annoyed about this, it is completely wrong that he drops sessions on you and leaves you feeling completely up in the air! Part of the theraputic relationship and the trust between therapist and client is built from the therapist being consistant and reliable, which he is not doing. He cannot simply excuse his wrong behaviour by saying "i'm not like other therapists"....that's just not good enough.
Is there any chance of gettinga different therapist? As it sounds like you have actually approached him about this and he still doesn't change his ways. I dont think many people could handle his damaging behaviour - and that is exactly what it is! It's not you being needy or whatever it's actually neglegent treatment on his behalf.
If you cannot get another therapist, is there a patient advocate? Someone who can speak on your behalf to the professionals involved so that you get regular sessions?

I feel so angry at how you are being treated and I dont think anyone should have to stand for this

(((((huge hugs)))))
