thanks sannah i'm not so angry tonight as i was yesterday.i think it started with cutting my arm at work, i know that sounds stupid but it just made me want to SI. i just got angry and confused.i just wanted ti cut my arm more and was angry at me for doing it .IDK just cutting my arm and doing it again threw me.i would hit and bruise my arm with a hammer so it goes away it has been a long time sence i have accually cut myself
