{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Lexi}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Welcome to the club; mine! I was witness to an abuse similar to what you witnessed. It was my daughter and her then four year old boy. I had basically the same reaction as you did. I went outside and cried uncontrollably but I couldn't go to my grandson then.

Do what I did. Report those parents! They are acting out their own anger issues on that little boy and possibly his sibling. Those children need a voice that will stand up for them! You be that voice. All you have to do is make a phone call to your local Child Protective Service or Family Services.

Each State has their own laws and the Agency names vary but you can look it up in your phone book. I didn't make my call anonymous because I was ready to testify if the need had arisen, but you can make your call anonymous if you choose.
