We usually do remove a thread at the original poster's request. You could PM
one of the mods about it, with a link to the thread included.
Not every mod can remove threads from every forum so whoever gets your request may have to pass it along to someone else on the team. Usually it's even faster if you go to the top post of the thread you want removed and use the Report button (
or
) at the left.
