<font color="purple">I feel so overwhelmed..........and upset, i have been able to resist for so very long and today its started again ( nothing major, just a bite.... but I can feel it , that intense urge to keep going (JFTR not talking about suicide)...... will try my distraction techniques and call someone .... and the cycle begins............................................................ </font>
