Ask the provider, 1. if there is a cancellation list, so that you might be able to get in sooner, and 2. considering the circumstances once you see him/her, if they do phone sessions given your current work situation. I know when I traveled for another job, one of my providers was very accommodating this way. Take extra special care of you during this time of transition.
