Get small snack Ziplocs/Glad bags and put what you need in there (labeled with a piece of masking tape) and carry them around with you somehow/put them in/with a piece of clothing (underwear?) you change/will wear each day? Pin them up high on the back of curtains or somewhere the kids aren't likely to "look"; give labeled "packets" to your mother to give you one a day? Let her worry about where to put them/the bottles?
I would start a routine so you can't help but know/not question whether you have taken your pill or not? Dividing the pills up and labeling them would certainly help. Can't you get a regular organizer and find a place to put it where the children don't go/can't reach easily? When are so many children that young ever "alone" enough to be looking for pills? How about the freezer?
