I'm glad you're waiting to see if your psych agrees with it. For you there may be other drugs (not anti-psychotics) that may work to supplement your other prescription. I don't really know as I'm not a doctor but I know abilify works well though so that's a tough spot to be in. I quit abilify cold turkey about five weeks ago (Yes I know I love to be my own lab rat). The only real side effect I got was extreme muscle pain. I had started working out and thought I was just out of shape, which I am, but the pharmacist said it was the abilify withdrawal and could last up to two months! Intense. Check google for common side effects. Good luck.
