I certainly don't think putting him back in jail/prison is going to help this child. And YES he IS still a child. He's acting like one -- this child definitely has problems and his mother should take him to a therapist!! By telling his parole officer, he'll just put him back in lock up and that will only fuel his anger more and more.
This young person needs mental help desperately. I would hope that you would advise his Mother to take him immediately to a therapist once she locates him. He may even need inpatient services. Thank you for being concerned for his young man. God bless. Hugs, Lee
