It has come to my attention that I probably have ADD as well as serious anxiety issues.

Here's my problem: The meds to treat anxiety calm you. The meds that treat ADD stimulate you. Wouldn't those two meds at the same time cause tremendous contradiction within the body and possibly exacerbate other symptoms??

Anyone with any experience with this in particular?
