Hello, Corianne. Focus on why you are taking the class. You are looking at doing what is best for you. Doing what you are capable of at any point in the course is the goal. Reward yourself for overcoming feeling inadequate compared to what others may do while you are becoming healthier and instilling the discipline required to accomplish a most worthy goal.
