I understand your concerns and it is not an easy thing to become healthier but is a choice to make, which sometimes has to be made over and over again, not to give up. It's very possible. Seconding what is said above, I would look at my goals and the perspective of doing it for my health, using what is offered in the class to get there. There's no way we ever can compare ourselves to others and we do what we can in our own time and capabilities; we all have our weakness and strengths to use and improve on for our advantage. This goal is your focus no matter what happens in class to help yourself in the end and the step, of this run, is just a mere challenge for yourself in the process towards that ultimate goal. Pick a reward, some sort of treat such as to go do something for yourself or pick something out once you complete this challenge and for the ultimate challenge of getting through the course a healthier you! You can do it!!!!
