It's so good to know that you are still with us. Coming back from a breakdown like that isn't easy...I know how hard it is to maintain the momentum you need to make the changes you have to make, I'm really bad at it, too!

It's just long road, that's all there is to say. But we're here for you in the ways that we can be, in giving you love, support and encouragement. We're with you on this journey, just lean when you need to...plenty of shoulders here!
